📝 Where is my homework?

Students: your Homework page shows upcoming, missed and completed work. Homework set for your class appears automatically — no code needed. Parents: see your child's homework in the Parent Portal → their card → progress.

📺 When is my next lesson?

Live classes appear on your dashboard under Next live class (with the join link) and on the timetable. Missed one? Recordings are posted on the same card after the class.

🧬 How do I access Neurogenetics Academy practice?

Practice is at Neurogenetics Academy → Practice. Free accounts get a daily session; school members get full access. If you're subscribed but see limits, sign out and back in — access refreshes with your session.

🏫 Why can't I see my class?

• Just paid? Access is granted the moment payment completes — refresh your dashboard.
• Parent paid for you? They choose which child the membership is for at checkout — ask them to confirm it was set to you (Parent Portal → Choose membership).
• Enrolled? Your live classes, homework and announcements appear on your dashboard right after payment — your child’s class access link is waiting there in the welcome card.
• Still nothing after 24h? Message us below and we'll fix it the same day.

🧑‍🏫 How do I contact my teacher?

Teachers message you through Notifications on your dashboard (feedback, reminders, class updates). For anything personal, use WhatsApp below — it reaches the teaching team directly and we route it to the right person.

📊 Where is my report?

Parents: Reports in the Parent Portal — a weekly narrative plus a printable sheet. Students: your progress and mastery live on your progress page.
