From first contact to first lesson — honestly explained
No preparatory work, no entrance exam to pass, no surprises. Here is the whole journey, step by step, so you know exactly what happens and when.
Fill in the application form
The application form takes two minutes and captures every detail — your child’s level, the exams they’re working towards, and when. Submit, and you can continue straight into the deposit and diagnostics below.
You choose — we’ll make it work
The provision is your call, based on what you tell us in the form: the full Academy, small-group teaching, or 1-to-1 teaching. What we add is an honest review — if your budget could stretch further than you think (more hours, or a better fit), we’ll tell you plainly. No sales pitch, ever.
Registration
A short registration form and a refundable deposit secure your child's place.
Friendly diagnostics
Your child completes a Learning Profile and subject diagnostics in one sitting — one question at a time, no timers, skip allowed. Nothing to revise; it simply shows us where to start.
Results discussion with you
We go through the findings with you personally — working level, strengths, and gaps — and finalise hours, subjects and timings together. You always see the full picture.
Clear written agreement
You receive a contract setting out the registration details and everything we agreed — so there are no surprises later. You sign when you're happy.
Payment and confirmation
Simple payment arranged, and your confirmed start date sent to you.
First lesson
Your child starts — and you're underway. We stay in touch from day one.
Timings are honest: the consultation is a short call, registration takes minutes, and the diagnostics fit in a single sitting (about 15–25 minutes depending on stage). Everything else is arranged around you.
