• ✓Four-stage selection: application review, subject assessment, a supervised teaching session and reference checks before any teacher meets a class
• ✓Ongoing oversight: senior staff review teaching and conduct, and any concern is investigated immediately

🖥️ A managed learning environment

• ✓Supervised live classes: lessons run inside the Academy platform with a teacher present at all times
• ✓Platform-based homework and feedback: assignments, marking and class notifications happen through the Academy — not private channels or personal accounts
• ✓Clear staff boundaries: staff communicate with students through official Academy channels only

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents in control

• ✓Parent Portal: parents can see their child's classes, homework, progress reports and teacher feedback in their dashboard
• ✓Age-appropriate enrolment: students under 16 enrol with a parent or guardian, who manages the enrolment and billing
• ✓Parent-controlled choices: parents choose which classes their child joins and can request changes or withdrawal
• ✓Attendance recorded each lesson, and repeated absences are followed up with parents by the Academy team

🔒 Your child's data

• ✓Stored securely: children's personal information is kept secure and handled under UK GDPR
• ✓Parental rights: parents can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal data
