Why This Workshop?
Built for ADHD Brains. Not Adapted for Them.
Most study advice is designed for neurotypical brains and then translated badly. This workshop starts from how your brain actually works — and builds the system around it.
Outcomes
By the End You'll Know
- Why traditional advice fails ADHD brains — dopamine, time blindness, and the interest-activation gap
- How memory actually works in ADHD brains — same hardware, different traffic
- The D.R.I.V.E. system — Deadline, Reward, Interest, Vary, Environment — built live for your brain
- Hyperfocus as a superpower — how to trigger it for schoolwork instead of games
- External deadlines vs internal motivation — designing tasks you can actually start
- Your personal D.R.I.V.E. configuration, signed as a five-line contract before you leave
The Core Framework
The D.R.I.V.E. System
Five moves designed for racecar brains. You build your own version live — for your subjects, your space, and your worst days.
Workshop Structure
60 Minutes. Zero Fluff.
Tight, high-energy, and impossible to scroll past. No filler. No generic advice.
Dopamine, time blindness, and the interest-activation gap. Why "just focus" doesn't work — and what does instead.
Same hardware, different traffic. The attention gateway, working memory, and why hyperfocus is your superpower — if you can aim it.
The framework at the core of the workshop: Deadline · Reward · Interest · Vary · Environment. You build your own version live.
The live demo: a volunteer learns material the ordinary way, then the D.R.I.V.E.-designed way — and the room counts the difference together.
Watching the system beat the struggle on screen is the moment it clicks. That's the whole workshop.
Your complete D.R.I.V.E. configuration — designed for your brain, your subjects, and your worst days. Not a generic template: your settings.
You sign your ADHD contract — five lines, built for your racecar brain — before you leave.
Contracts get filled in. Vague intentions don't.

Good to know
Is this a medical treatment for ADHD? No. This is an educational workshop based on cognitive science research. It provides practical study systems that work with ADHD brains — it is not a clinical service, a diagnosis, or a treatment. If you have a diagnosed attention condition, this complements — but never replaces — professional support.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to attend? No. If your brain works this way — struggling to sustain attention on boring tasks, hyperfocusing on interesting ones, time blindness — the systems will work regardless of whether you have a label. Suitable for GCSE & A-Level students, university students, and adults; younger students welcome with a parent.
The Advantage Series
Every Workshop Stands Alone
No prerequisites, no sequence. If you've been to others, the systems stack — but nothing today requires them. Explore the rest:
